About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Working Student to support Podero’s day-to-day operations and help us scale efficiently. You’ll work closely with our founder and founder's associate on topics ranging from finance and culture to automation and investor support.

Your Responsibilities

• Build operations and reporting automations for scalable processes
• Set up company-wide statistics tracking and dashboards
• Handle invoicing and billing
• Foster company culture by tracking satisfaction, improving communication, and organizing on-/offsites
• Support hiring and onboarding of new colleagues
• Assist in preparing investor materials
• Provide hands-on support for strategic and operational initiatives

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in early-stage startups, consulting, or another high-stakes environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Based in Vienna, available at least 16h/week, and able to commit for 6+ months.
